THE CHALET

The chalet is situated approximately 1 hour from Geneva airport and nestled in the mountains for which the Portes du Soleil Ski Area has become so popular.

Chalet Venables is also very close to the charming resort of Praz de Lys – Sommand, a resort less frequented by foreign tourists and also The Grand Massif, comprising Flaine, Samoens 1600 and Les Carroz.

The chalet is on the road that runs from Taninges to Praz de Lys and is only a few minutes from the centre of the resort. The local road & our car parks are kept clear of snow during the winter months.

The chalet is supplied with duvets and pillows. Clients may bring their own bed linen and towels, however we can supply linen & towels for those who don't wish to bring it themselves, at a small charge per set. Please advise us if you require this service. Clients need to take out their own travel and accident insurance. A reasonable amount of firewood is supplied in the rental charge.
