THE LAYOUT

GROUND FLOOR.

The large foyer is for storing wood, skis, snowboards & sledges, this leads to a hall from which the bathrooms and two bedrooms are accessed. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and 2 children’s beds. Bedroom 2 has a double bed & single bed. There is a large shower room, wash basin and a large mirror, (a hair dryer is provided). Next to this is a separate toilet and smaller bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR.

This large living area includes an open plan kitchen, with a servery into the dining area, which features large picture windows. The dining room overlooks the garden and mountains. A lounge area extends from the dining area, in which the three couches double as beds if required. This area also has two large picture windows overlooking the valley and up to a waterfall. The large circular open fireplace doubles as an indoor BBQ. and provides a cosy ambiance. There is another large 3/4 bed to the rear of the fire. An additional shower room and toilet lead off this area.

MEZZANINE

The mezzanine is separated in the centre to form two rooms. There is a double bed in one end while the other end has two single beds with stairs leading down to the living area.

GARDEN AREA

The garden is completely fenced. This makes it a safe area for children to play in, or room for a dog if you wish to bring a pet with you. There is a gazebo with teak table and chairs and a large BBQ for out door living during the spring, summer & autumn months.
